Job Description Job Description POSITION AVAILABLE: OFFICE ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST FULL TIME – ENTRY LEVEL Job Duties Include: Answer and transfer all incoming calls with friendly and polite customer service Converting PDF documents into Excel worksheets and proofing data. Sending out and receiving mail/shipping/courier packages Maintaining databases and tracking information on excel worksheets Communicating both externally and internally via email and telephone Tracking and maintaining office supplies Gathering documents and statements from Clients, accounting software, and banks Supporting Management and Accountants with other clerical tasks as needed, Requirements and Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient knowledge and use of Excel with conversion to PDF software.
