Duties include but are not limited to the following:  Troubleshoots and repairs Electronic and Electrical equipment. Repairs Scale’s and like systems. Aids Production Mechanics When Technical support is needed. When required weekend and overtime work. Other duties as assigned.      

The Machinist operates and maintains lathe and milling machines.

Must have basic knowledge of General Maintenance, Hydraulic Systems, Electrical and Electronic Systems, and Welding (TIG,MIG).  Must be able to operate and repair at least 2 different types of forklifts.  Technician must be able to work as a team or individually.  Must comply with all Company SAFETY rules (LOCKOUT/TAGOUT, ETC) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) at all times.      

Responsible for managing a group of Maintenance Supervisors in support of building and equipment maintenance and repair. Determines strategies to reduce mechanical downtime and keep product flow and production lines running at maximum efficiency. Responsible for the development and implementation of maintenance systems associated with High Performing Manufacturing Organizations (Preventative and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, etc.).

The Employee Relations Specialist, Investigations is responsible for investigating employee relations matters, providing summary reports and remediation recommendations as well as identifying trends through quarterly reporting for targeted training programs. This position will support a variety of initiatives including driving consistency in policies and best practices to support and encourage a productive workforce that meets both the business goals of the organization and personal needs of employees.   This position leads the investigation process for the HR Department which includes interviewing all witnesses and involved parties, reviewing camera footage, preparing witness statements and notes, researching past practices/cases, preparing case summaries, providing recommendations for issue resolution and properly filing completed cases.

Responsible for supply chain management functions as it relates to warehousing and distribution working closely with procurement, customer service, and production/merchandise planning and leads all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Provides ongoing direction to third party providers of mixing and distribution centers to deliver against agreed upon key performance measures; manages and directs all distribution functions at the DC to include budgetary management, labor scheduling, day to day operations, order management and proper handling / rotation of inventories.

Directs maintenance crews in the installation, repair and preventive maintenance of equipment used throughout the plant, facilities, utilities and powerhouse equipment. Oversees maintenance of processes in order to reduce mechanical downtime and keep product flows and production lines running at maximum efficiency.

This position is accountable for providing effective direction and coordination for the assigned plant through a group of first-line Production Supervisors. The plants have operations ranging from non-skilled, semi-skilled and skilled production employees. Plants produce products to meet scheduled commitments and may operate up to three shifts per day seven days a week.
