Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and develop maintenance staff. Open, review, and close Repair Orders in an accurate and detailed fashion. Ensure that customers and fleet drivers are greeted openly and friendly. Estimate cost of repairs within set guidelines. Coordinate with other shifts for proper work flow. Advise customers of needed service work. Qualifications: Class A CDL (preferred, but not required). PA State Inspection License (preferred, but not required). 3 - 5 years of management experience. Strong computer skills. Strong customer relations and communication skills. Strong leadership ability. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills. Ability to provide own set of tools. Able to lift 50 lbs. Possess a valid PA driver's license. Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 4:00pm to 12:30am.
