Job Description: Review and process invoices Manage deposits and check runs Process payments, refunds and other credits Manage collections Help with the closing process Manage accounts, including reconciliations Prepare statements and reports Manage and maintain documentation Other duties and special projects as needed Requirements: Proven experience in accounts receivable Knowledge of basic accounting principles Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills Experience with accounting systems Experience with Dynamics Navision or similar software preferred Strong quantitative, problem-solving, customer service and organization skills Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Able to handle multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency Detail and deadline-oriented Self-motivated Experience: Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience Company Description Century Group is a premier recruiting and interim services firm focused exclusively on professional, mid-management and executive level roles in Accounting and Finance.
