Parts Sales Coordinator-$23.00-$25.00/hour(DOE) Essential Job Duties: this position is responsible for managing and processing incoming orders for parts through various channels, including phone, walk-ins, and e-business requests. This role works closely with the purchasing, warehouse, production, engineering and other departments as necessary to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of sales orders, from the initial inquiry to final fulfillment. Key responsibilities include verifying inventory, entering accurate data into operating systems, coordinating order flow, and communicating build instructions, timelines, and any order changes.
