Job Description Job Description Candidates must have a high school diploma and be a registered behavior technician, RBT, or willing to work towards the credential. Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis, ABA intervention a plus. CABI will provide access to the RBT credential within their training program. Bachelor’s degree preferred. The Behavior Therapist works in center, home and community-based settings to implement evidence-based behavioral and skills programming under the supervision of a BCBA/LABA. We are seeking to hire candidates who are motivated to change the lives of children and committed to providing quality services that promote socially significant outcomes for the clients and families they serve. Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 6 hours per week, with both daytime and afternoon/evening hours available. On-site training provided in our Worcester office.
