Description Under daily supervision of the General Manager, the position of the Cook/Dishwasher is responsible for preparing all food items in an expedient manner to specifications; and cleaning dishes, pots. pans, and public areas of the building. He/she is also responsible for keeping the floor dry and free of debris. Essential Functions: 1.Prepare: food in accordance lo specifications. 2.Keep station. stocked before, during and after shifts. 3.Set up stations 4.Keep floors at work area free of debris and spills.
