Job Description Job Description Responsibilities : Develop and implement Individual Service Plans for clients with Intellectual Disabilities. Integrate and monitor facility staff into the implementation of the ISP. Record, observe, review, and revise (as necessary) structure, programs, and objectives. Coordinate with Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), family, and facility staff with clients' behavioral status and progress. Supervision of staff in implementation of objectives. Supervision of staffing in assigned unit. Ensuring adequate staffing per shift. Conduct in-service training to staff as needed. Maintain accurate reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, 30-day, semi-annual, annual, etc.).
