As a Client Success Specialist at Panoramic Software based in Irvine, California, your dedication to customer satisfaction will be invaluable as you onboard hundreds of government agencies with thousands of users across the US. These users advocate for Veterans applying for disability and other benefits from the VA. Panoramic's VetPro platform manages veteran records, claims, benefits received and significantly streamlines and standardizes the process, putting money in Veneran's pockets more quickly and efficiently. VetPro has been in use in every county in California and we are now launching our SaaS product, nationwide. We will look to you to work with these agencies and provide them with an unparalleled platform implementation experience while appropriately managing expectations and deliverables. Duties will include data conversion coordination between the agency and our implementation team, user training (conducted via web conference), bringing the customer “live”, evaluating the client's portal for irregularities, post-implementation customer support, status reporting and other related duties. Our goal is to increase ease of benefits processing for Veterans across the Nation while ensuring the newly onboarded government agencies are Panoramic Software’s biggest fans! Previous experience in customer implementation or project coordination/ management is a plus and will help you come up to speed quickly. Technical proficiency with MS Office, Google G-Suite, Project Management applications and other tools that efficiently organize customer on-boarding and implementation will be your day-to-day resources. The ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of action items while meeting strict deadlines will ensure your success in this role. You are highly organized, personable, have a strong attention to detail and find great joy in providing exemplary customer service.
